      Below is a field for your info. Please fill it out as best you can and really, the name and address are the most important! If there are any other instructions you have for us, like: 

• You want it sent out on a specific date (remember it takes 2-3 days to send) otherwise, we will bake it and send it within two days of receiving order.
• You are getting a package and need to specify which kind you want included
• You want the cut outs but you want them all heart shaped or without icing
•  You dont want nuts
• You would like a special message put in the note
